Remnant: From the Ashes
Remnant: From the Ashes has no native PS5 SKU, but Gunfire Games shipped a free next-generation upgrade on 13 May 2021 that adds two proper modes when the PS4 build is run on PS5: 4K at 30fps, or 1080p at 60fps. That makes the choice unusually clear-cut - the Performance option doubles the frame rate of a fast, dodge-heavy action game for a substantial resolution cut. On last-gen hardware there is a single 30fps mode, with Gunfire stating at launch that PS4 Pro was targeting up to 4K through reconstruction rather than native rendering. There is no ray tracing, no DualSense-specific feature support and no PS5 Pro patch, and no outlet has published frame-time measurements for any of the modes.
