What Remains of Edith Finch targets 1080p at 30 fps on both standard PS4 and PS4 Pro using Unreal Engine's temporal anti-aliasing. Base PS4 suffers from significant performance issues, averaging around 25 fps in outdoor areas along with intrusive streaming stutter and bad frame-pacing. PS4 Pro holds its 30 fps target much more consistently, but is still hindered by frame-pacing jitter and traversal stutter. PS4 Pro is the recommended console platform, though neither matches the 60 fps performance found on PC.
