Modern Warfare (2019) shipped as a PS4 title and never received a native PS5 build, so on PlayStation 5 it runs through backwards compatibility: the PS4 presentation at 1080p, the series' usual 60fps target and considerably faster loading. On PS4 the game uses dynamic resolution scaling to protect that same 60fps in heavy firefights. No selectable graphics modes and no PS5 Pro enhancements.
